3538235 - Error Message M7 022 at stuck queue for inbound deliveries - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is a stuck queue for inbound delivery at Warehouse Monitor -> Tools Node -> Message queue, error message is like below:

The refered purchase order has been completed with Goods reciept. The GR-ed quantity can be equal to request quantity after checking the Purchase Order history. The overdelivery is not set for purchase order, it cause the stuck queue when GR the inbound delivery.

Workaround:

1. uncheck the "Deliv. Compl." flag under tab "Delivery" for PO, increase the PO quantity or set the overdeliv. Tol to reprocess the stuck queue for inbound delivery.
2. Then create another PO with return flag to return the stock back.

 

It is possible that you meet error message for posting period during step 1 reprocess the stuck queue, please refer below KBA to set the posting date accordingly.
