3538290 - "Database Connection Failure Due to No Metadata Found in SAP ERP"

Symptom

Following ABAP dump DBSQL_CONNECTION_NO_METADATA,which occurs in the SAP system, indicates following error message:

"No metadata found for database connection "R/3*XXXXX" is displayed.

The work process developer trace shows the following detailed message:
