3538298 - Error "PHYS_MEMSIZE not a numeric value xx%" in RZ10 profile check when setting PHYS_MEMSIZE parameter by percentage

In SAP Note 88416 - Zero administration memory management for the ABAP server, it says

As of Kernel Version 7.20, PHYS_MEMSIZE can be specified as a relative value in accordance with the size of the main memory:

PHYS_MEMSIZE=80%
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But an error message "PHYS_MEMSIZE not a numeric value 80%" is displayed in RZ10 profile check after setting the PHYS_MEMSIZE parameter to a relative value (e.g., set PHYS_MEMSIZE = 80% in profile).
