3538317 - "User Personal Information" report > PDF version > Japanese letters/locale not displayed in certain fields

• The "User Personal Information" report in SAP SuccessFactors Learning displays different content when output in PDF and HTML formats.
• Certain fields such as user names and other field values aren't displayed in the PDF format. The issue is particularly noticeable when Japanese letters/locale are used.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Administration > Reports >
2. Choose "User Personal Information" > Generate the report in both PDF and HTML formats >
3. Compare the two outputs.
