• Embedded SAC in SuccessFactors

1. Login to Embedded SAC of SF.
2. Go to Reporting, open one story in view mode directly.
3. Click table widget and select export option.
4. Select PDF format, then export.
   ==>Notice that Japanese characters are displayed as Garbled characters in PDF.

• This is the current product limitation.

• The current solution only supports ASCII characters (see SAP Note 3074128).

  Extension of the solution to include additional character sets would require new development and a feature request which will need to be prioritized against our other commitments, the next step would be to raise the request using the Customer Influence portal here : https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/884.There is already related enhancement request created for this: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/335527

  In the meantime, it is suggested to use Story Export to PDF as this solution handles non ascii characters. Please refer to the relevant Story documentation here : Export a Story as a PDF or a PPTX | SAP Help Portal
