3538483 - S4CRM: Web UI Clarification Case for Contracts Not Displaying Main Object Key Values in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • While creating clarification cases for contracts in the web UI through the interaction record work center, no key values are being displayed for active contracts.
  • The standard BADI-CRM_ISU_BPEM_MAINOBJKEY is used for getting the main object key as well as the main object values. The implementation for contract is CRM_ISU_BPEM_CONTRACT_IMPL.
  • The BOL query for selection of active contract is referring to the old CRM table CRMV_ISU_INDEX_H which is not having any values currently in S4 HANA customer engagement system.
