The 'View Profile' or 'Join Talent Community' pages are redirecting to the old RCM page when we press the enter button in the URL to reload the page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to the career site page.
2. Click on "View Profile" or "Join Talent Community."
3. Go to the URL field, click at the end of the URL, and press the Enter button to reload the page.
4. You will be redirected to the same URL, but to the old RCM page.

After Engineering analysis and consultation with the Product and Triage team, it has been determined that this is not a defect but rather an instance of incorrect user behavior.

The behavior observed—where the login page appears as an intermediate screen when navigating from the Job Search page to the Candidate Account creation—is expected, and when users manually manipulate the browser URL then a legacy search screen comes up. (e.g., clicking at the end of the URL and pressing Enter).

Note: The issue does not occur under standard usage scenarios, such as refreshing the page using F5 or clicking the browser's reload button. For this reason, it is not a product defect, and it will be not changed.
