3538772 - Employee Overview in Personnel Administration Shows Incorrect Manager

The system is displaying the incorrect Manager for an Employee in the Personnel Administration, Employee Overview.

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center.
2. Go to the Employee view.
3. Search for the employees XYZ.
4. Incorrect manager is displayed in the Employee overview.
5. Edit the employee, the correct manager is displayed.

The issue could be due to a collision in the validity dates of the manager for the Organization Unit.

For example:

The old manager is valid from 01.10.2023 to 10.01.2024, while the new manager is valid from 01.01.2024.

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

• Check the validity dates of the managers for the Organization Unit.
• Correct the dates if needed, to avoid any collision.
