3538783 - Recruiting Rules Blocking Issue based on Inconsistency of Field Type - Recruiting Management

• Onchange rule only worked for some fields but not for some specific fields.
• The error "Block processed with status 'FAIL'." was observed in rule trace log.

1. Configure an onChange rule and map a text field to a picklist field.
2. Trigger the rule but it only worked for some fields but not for some specific fields.

The mapped fields' types are different.

When configuring the value of one field equals to another field in recruiting rules, should ensure the fields have the same type.
