Symptom

  • Use SAP Forms Service by Adobe hosted on SAP BTP (multi-cloud environment).
  • Test the ADS configuration with the report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE with option "destination service" checked, receive HTTP-401 error:

       SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: HTTP-401 Error.(200,101).
