3538836 - Duplicate key error with rush orders created from same VA01 session

Symptom

  • DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR dump occurs in program SAPLV05I during the creation of multiple rush orders. The dump is caused by a duplicate key error in the VBPA table.
  • The issue does not occur if VA01 is restarted before creating the sales order, indicating a refresh/buffer initialization problem with VBPA.
  • Background jobs to process rush orders are failing with duplicate key error dump.
