3538981 - Competencies not displaying in Job Profile on Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

When a Job Requisition is created (either from RCM or from the Position Org Chart) the Competencies section in the Job Profile is blank even though it's populated in the associated job profile in "Manage Job Profiles".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create job requisition
2. Click on Job Profile
3. Notice that Competencies section is blank even though the competencies are there for that job profile in "Manage Job Profiles".

The issue was caused by a data issue with the mapping of the competencies in "Manage Job Profile Content".

1. Admin Center>Manage Job Profile Content
2. Select Content Type>Set Up Families and Roles>Roles
3. Click on the specified role
4. Click on "X Mapped Competencies"
5. Remove the mapped competencies from the job role
6. Re-add the mapped "competencies to the job role
7. Create a new Job Requisition and verify that the competencies are now displaying correctly on the Job Profile.
