3539218 - RVDELSTA does not correct Billing Status (VBUP-FKSTA) for intercompany billing document

Symptom

RVDELSTA correction program is to be used for delivery, for which billing document is created. VBUP-FKSTA (billing status) is to be corrected as it is 'C' meanwhile related invoice has been cancelled, however RVDELSTA does not change the billing status:
