Symptom

Livecache installation fails with the error:
"/usr/sap/SCM_LiveCache/LiveCache_7_9_New/DATA_UNITS/LC_LINUX_X86_64/SDBRUN: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
