3539394 - Other Documents Section shows Incorrect order of fields in New Candidate Workbench - Recruiting Management

This article describes the issue with the new candidate workbench where the Other Documents section does not show the fields in the order they are defined in the application template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the Candidate Workbench and Switch to the Latest Workbench.
2. Open an Application.
3. Go to Other documents and check the sequence of fields in the UI versus the template.

Code issue.

The engineering team has confirmed the deployment date for the fix, which will be included in the upcoming 2505 release and made available to all customers. The 1H 2025 release schedule is as follows:

• April 14th, 2025 for Preview
• May 16th, 2025 for Production
