Reproducing the Issue
- Open a Web Browser
- Use a SuccessFactors Login URL during the exact release period
- A message is displayed
Cause
Expected Behavior
Resolution
- When an instance is accessed, a message similar to the screenshot above is typically displayed.
- If login issues described in KBA 2731175 - Integration: SuccessFactors Maintenance / Release Window and Service Impact Issues - SAP for Me are encountered, a case should be raised to LOD-SF-PLT.
