3539406 - Linked variable: "Select Attribute" drop down do not appear on variable value help

Symptom

Resolution steps from KBA 3522149 have been performed.

However, the "Select Attribute" field does not appear only on linked variables.

If the link is undone it is possible to show attributes on value help.
