3539498 - Issue with Interview Ratings Post Migration to JPB - No row with the given identifier exists - Recruiting Management

• Interview ratings are missing (n/a) after migrating to Job Profile Builder (JPB).
• Provisioning job "Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0" is failing for "No row with the given identifier exists: [com.successfactors.rcminterview.bean.assess.Interview#1234]".

Interview Ratings

1. Go to Interview Central
2. View a completed assessment
3. Notice that interview ratings are missing (n/a).

Migration Job

1. Go to Provisioning > Monitor Jobs
2. Select the Job Type "Migrate Competencies in Job Requisitions from JDM1.0 to JDM2.0" and refresh the page
3. Notice that the job has failed for error: "No row with the given identifier exists: [com.successfactors.rcminterview.bean.assess.Interview#1234]"

This is a known issue.

Currently, the JDM 1.0 to JPB migration job checks for existence of interviews for which competency information is getting migrated. For deleted interviews, the competency information is still there in the DB. Migration of such competencies is causing the job failure.

Product Engineering team will clean up the orphan competency data for which interview is already deleted. There will be no impact in the system due to this clean up.
