Symptom
In 2405 instance,
When admin tries to terminate an employee with more than two employments and the "New main employment" field is blank and not editable in Termination UI, a message appears after clicking on Save.
The message states: "As the New Main Employment Id is blank, the main employment will remain the same as earlier."
In 2411 instance,
When admin tries to terminate an employee with more than two employments and the "New main employment" field is blank and not editable in Termination UI, no message appears after clicking on Save.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Log into 2411 instance.
2. Proxy as an admin. The admin only has view permission for "New Main Employment" field.
3. Terminate an employee with more than two employments and see "New main employment" field is blank and not editable.
4. No error message appears after clicking on Save.
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505).

As a temporary workaround, please refer to handbook and switch between main employment and concurrent employment based on your business needs.
