3539647 - Incorrect Display of Background Job Status During Content Import

• During the Content Import Process in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, the Background Job Status Page is not displaying correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning Administration
2. Goto Import Content
3. Add New Content and Initiate the content import process 
4. Select the Server location and Import files.
5. Now Schedule the Job and click Finish
6. Observe that the background job status is not displaying correctly. [Description field and Status will be Blank]

The User doesn't has all the necessary Background Job Permissions.

Ensure that the User Role has all the necessary Background Job Permissions like 'View All Background Job' and 'View User Background Job' in order to view the Description and Status field .
