Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Scheduled Job Manager -> Job Monitor
  2. See that the "MDF object definition to DB sync" job was triggered in the system

Resolution

The "MDF object definition to DB sync" job is used to sync changes of MDF object definitions to database. It can be triggered automatically by the following actions:

  • Changes were made to MDF objects,
  • Creating custom MDF objects,
  • Creating records or data for an MDF object,
  • Looking up an MDF object

It can also be run manually to fix inconsistencies in the Metadata Framework:
