3539823 - Performance Issue during Payroll processing

Symptom

Payroll processing time is largely increased when run for a second or third time for the same period.

This happens after

  • implementing SAP Note 3479658 or equivalent HRSP level, and
  • having ran pre-DME for that payroll period

Additionally, long processing times may be observed when loading one employee's results in Off-Cycle Workbench or Payroll driver.
