3539902 - Applications gave 503, response cannot be read as JSON in New Workbench - Recruiting Management

This article describes the issue with the new candidate workbench where users are getting intermittent 503 error  when viewing or opening applications in the latest candidate workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

The errors appear to be intermittent. 

Scenario 1: Open the Candidate Summary Page > Latest Workbench > 503 Error.

Scenario 2: Open the Candidate Summary Page > Latest Workbench > Open an Application > 503 Error.

This was caused by a high CPU and an application service not available at the time of the issue.

This has been fixed, and these issues were addressed by our Operations team and should no longer be an issue.
