3539918 - Not possible to add Story report information on a SuccessFactors Story using Report Usage Data domain

Symptom

Unable to find the option to add a Story report; only Canvas, Table, Tile and Dashboard options are available.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
    •  Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
      • Story report

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to report center

2. Create new story report

3. Select REP connection

4. Under available data-> Reporting usage data schema-> Table, canvas and Tiles & dashboard usage schema are available to add

Resolution

The Report Usage domain in Story Reporting is designed to report the usage of Canvas Reports, Table Reports, Tilesand Dashboards only. As a result, Story reports are not supported in this domain and will not appear as an available option when adding a report. This is the expected system behavior
