3539970 - Error "you are not authorized for this release process" when approve/reject PO

Symptom

  • Approving/Rejecting Purchase Order in My Inbox leads into error "you are not authorized for this release process". Even though, the workitem disappears and document is released.
  • Approval comments is not stored anywhere and not possible to see in ME23n under Approval Details. System used is 1909 onwards.
