Symptom
- When using the booster for Joule setup, there is an error message in the last step.
- Errors occurred while systems in formation XXX were synchronizing. Navigate to System Landscape > Formations for more details.
- In the System Landscape > Formations, error detail shows:
- Synchronization between Joule System and SAP Cloud Identity Services System has failed.
SAP Cloud Identity Services System returned the following error for assignment with ID.
"failed to process tenant mapping notification: failed to update applications consumed APIs in formation: Failed to get IAS applications during assign operation: failed to get IAS application with clientID and tenantID for UCL App ID: could not get IAS application with client ID: no applications found with filter 'clientId eq XXX': application in IAS not found"
- Synchronization between Joule System and SAP Cloud Identity Services System has failed.
