3539989 - Error VL609: Inability to Post Partial Goods Movement for Delivery - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to post partial goods movement for an inbound/outbound delivery, error VL609 occurs: "Delivery has not yet been put away/ picked (completed)".

The error message VL609 is designed to prevent Post Goods Movement before put away/picking is completed. Partial posting is not possible. The put away/picked quantity must be equal to the delivery quantity.

1. Ensure that the picked quantity matches the delivery quantity.
2. In the Change Inbound/Outbound Delivery APP, navigate to Edit, Copy picked quantity as delivery quantity.
