3540150 - MR11: Account maintenance document being created despite no quantity difference between GR and IR

Symptom

  • An account maintenance document is posted despite there is no quantity difference between Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR).
  • The reversal of the account maintenance document is not successful despite receiving a message indicating it is successfully reversed. Upon checking the reversal document, the system displays "Document does not exist".
