3540402 - Opt-Out Button Not Displaying Consistently in Latest Benefit Enrollment Experience

Symptom

In the latest benefit enrollment experience, the opt-out button is not consistently displayed for all benefits nor all employees. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the employee profile
  2. Access the latest benefit enrollment experience
  3. Observe that the opt-out button is not displayed for certain benefits

Cause

Code Defect. 

Resolution

The issue will be fixed in the 2505 release, but a patch has been scheduled to November 26 2024.
