3540521 - Error "The activity failed because of an issue with job /1LT/MC*" in the Migration Cockpit

When trying to perform an activity with a Migration Object of the Migration Cockpit (as file validation, preparation of the staging tables, transfer of data to the staging tables and so on) using the Staging Tables approach, the following error is thrown:

• The activity failed because of an issue with job /1LT/MC*, Message Class "/LTB/MC", Message Number "41"

Outdated and/or corrupted template file.

Make sure that the template file being used is the most updated one available. With XML template files, this can be done by downloading a new file and comparing its version date, in the top-left of the workbook, with the version date of the file being used:

If the template file in use is updated, the instructions of the following KBA should be respected to avoid bad data filling, pasting of formatting changes in the file and corruption in its structure (changes in the order of the fields, sheets and so on):
