3540541 - How to Configure Filters for Global Search

Symptom

How to perform the configuration of the filter that will appear in Global Search.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud V2
SAP Service Cloud V2

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login into the system.
2. Open global search and click in the filters icon.

3. Select the entity desired. 
The default filters will appear.

Resolution

To modify the filters:

1. Go to the "Settings" > "All settings"
2. Search for "Filter Configuration"
3. Select the entity that need to be modified
4. Choose the filed as per the necessity

After saving, when using Global Search the filter that will appear, are the ones configured.
