Symptom

  • Unable to configure the MCSA Fiori apps in CAR.
  • Error:  Cannot call service with URL: /sap/hba/t/rtl/car/mcsa/odata/MCSAServices.xsodata/ 
  • Error:  Service MCSAServices failed. Contact your system administrator 
  • MCSA Fiori apps are not working after upgrading to FES (Fiori Enterprise Server) 2020.
  • No data is showing up for MCSA Fiori apps
  • Error: Cannot call service with URL: sap/hba/r/sb/core/odata/runtime/SMART_BUSINESS.xsodata/
  • You keep getting prompted to logon with the HANA user credentials when using Fiori apps
