3540578 - Unable to Access Compensation Forms in SAP SuccessFactors

• An issue arises when attempting to access the Compensation forms in SAP SuccessFactors.
• An error message stating "Something went wrong. Contact your administrator" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation > Compensation > Forms & Templates

1. Log into the SAP SuccessFactors instance.
2. Navigate to the Compensation forms.
3. Encounter the error message.

The issue can be caused by using an unsupported version of the Chrome browser. because of which its possible that you might get the error but the support engineer won't be able to get it.

Kindly check if the same issue exists with other browsers. It also possible if the number of records for the template is set to more than 20. make sure you have downloaded the template and checked it out.

1. Update the Chrome browser to the latest version  (check the latest version in google) and check the version being used in the laptop.
2. Clear the browser cache and cookies.
3. Log into the SAP SuccessFactors instance again.
4. Navigate to the Compensation forms.
