- An issue was reported in the application of eligibility rules on the Salary and Stock Tab in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Total compensation planning.
- Two eligibility rules were set up, one applicable to all tabs including compensation, salary tab and stock tab, and another rule applicable only to the stock tab.
- The expectation was that only Stock eligible employees would appear in the worksheet on the Stock tab, and only Salary eligible employees would appear in the worksheet on the salary tab.
- However, all eligible employees were appearing on both tabs. On the Stock Tab, the employees' data were shown in the worksheet as they were eligible, but the rest of the employees' data appeared as grey. but still present on the worksheet, same goes for salary, ineligible employee appeared as greyed, The need is to not have them in worksheet at all.
