Symptom

  • In the "Screen Maintenance Request app (F4072)" the 'Action Required' button is not available.
  • Despite configuring the "Partner Functions, Approval" for Notification Type (Y2) and selecting the 'Action Required' checkbox, the 'Action Required' button is still not available in the Screen Maintenance request app.
