3540833 - Extracting Data from SAP FSM to SAP Datasphere

Symptom

  1. When attempting to transfer data from SAP Field Service Management to SAP Datasphere using the generic oData Connector through a Data Flow, it is observed that the process successfully loads data but is restricted to 1000 records.
  2. Upon activating Batch Query Processing, the loading process encounters failures, resulting in the generation of error messages


Error message:

Cannot invoke "java.lang.Integer.intValue()" because the return value of "org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.ep.feed.FeedMetadata.getInlineCount()" is null
Group messages: Group: default; Messages: Graph failure: producer1 failed with the following error: Cannot invoke "java.lang.Integer.intValue()" because the return value of "org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.ep.feed.FeedMetadata.getInlineCount()" is null VAL-5000004: |Reader BODIVView1 The connection to the DP Agent failed. Verify that the IP address and port of the DP Agent are correct and make sure the Agent is running. Container is terminated. ExitCode=63
