Symptom
You are looking for a data source or report which would give you the attachments of tickets.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
There is currently no standard data source / report which will show ticket attachments. However, you can make use of the Library feature:
- Go to the work center Library and select the view Attachments.
- Show all attachments.
- Go to the Advanced Filter.
- In the Object field, you can choose "Tickets" from the drop down. Run the query with this filter.
