3540989 - Error in Time Management: Purchase Leave Error for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off

• An error occurs when creating a new purchase leave for an employee in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off
• The error message displayed is "Error in COValidateTimeAccountPurchase: No Time Account Type found for external code: ''example".
• This issue affects the calculation of Purchase leave, leading to incorrect deductions and recovery periods.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Login as Employee 
2. Navigate to the transaction to create Purchase Leave.
3. Create Purchase Time Request.
4. Select any of the options Purchase Leave or Purchase Leave Retired.
5. Select the Number of weeks to purchase.
6. Click submit
7. Receive issue message '' You can't create multiple purchase leave requests of the same leave type that would result in overlapping deductions periods. Please adjust your deduction period as needed or choose another leave type if available''.
