3541018 - Missing Enhancement to Manage Login Accounts in Production Release

Symptom

  • After the 2411 Production release, the "Enhancements to Manage Login Accounts" enhancement is not visible in the production tenant.
  • The "Import and Export accounts" option under "Manage Permission Roles" for any permission role is missing, even though "Manage Login Accounts" permission is enabled.
