3541616 - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: No Job Classification/Code Displayed

In SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Job Classification drop down showing No Data when changes are made via take action or pencil icon in Job Information

• LOD-SF-EC-JOB (Product Function)

1. Go to Employee Profiles.
2. Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Info.
3. Select Job Information.
4. Enter any effective date.
5. Select Event and Event Reason.
6. Scroll down to Job Information section.
7. In the rank field, change the Rank/Pay Grade.
8. Under Job Classification, there are no values showing in the dropdown.

Restrict access based on payGrade (view higher grades permission) doesn't work as expected although permission "View Higher Grades" is granted. In the above code, the target user is retrieved from params.getUserId() which is wrong. 

Engineering team have confirmed that the issue will be fixed via patch 2411p6 (26-Nov-24 on Proview and 28-Nov-24 on Production).
