3541690 - Active Opportunities Error "Fiscal Quarter Not Maintained"

Symptom

Account Key metric for Active Opportunities shows error "Fiscal Quarter Not Maintained".

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Menu.
  2. Select Account entity.
  3. Open any Account in detailed view.
  4. In Key metrics under Active Opportunity error shown.

Error: Fiscal Quarter not maintained.

Cause

Fiscal period like Year, Month & Date is not maintained in the system settings.

Resolution

  1. Select the profile Icon on top right.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Search Language, Region, and Currency.
  4. Go to Fiscal period.
  5. Maintain Fiscal Year, Quarter and period.

PS: Make sure to maintain at least one future quarter.
