3541731 - Adding a hierarchy breaks filters in Calculated Measures in stories

When adding a hierarchy to an existing public dimension (which previously didn't have one), then filters in calculated measures that use this dimension are broken - instead of showing the correct selection for the original dimension, they start showing no (empty) selection for the first dimension in the model, from the list of available dimensions.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.7

1. Open story
2. Go to Edit mode
3. Display the Right Side Panel and go to Measures
4. Pick a measure from Story calculations.
5. Go to Edit calculation;
6. Note that selection context show a filter on dimension;

CHANGE 1:

1. Go to Modeler > select a Public dimension;
2. on Dimension Table section > Create hierarchy;
3. add a parent-child hierarchy to it:
4. Save it.

AFTER CHANGE 1:

1. Back to the story > reload it;
2. Display the Right Side Panel and go to Measures
3. Pick measure from Story calculations.
4. Go to Edit calculation;
5. <<ISSUE>> notice that now the Dimension Filter is set another dimension with empty selection
   As a result, the measure does not show data anymore

CHANGE 2:

1. Go to Modeler > select a Public dimension;
2. Delete hierarchy DataType created before
3. Save it.

AFTER CHANGE 2:

1. Back to the story > reload it;
2. Display the Right Side Panel and go to Measures
3. Pick a measure from Story calculations.
4. Go to Edit calculation;
5. Notice that the filter is correct again;
