Symptom

After approving or rejecting or processing the work items in T-code SBWP (SAP Business Workplace) workflow inbox, these items sometimes remain visible in the recipient's inbox. Typically, the work items may disappear after reloading the workflow inbox, double-clicking the work items, or performing a refresh.
