Symptom
A new category has been set up in the 'Services & Connectors' > 'SAP Signavio Process Manager Integration'. A form was created, where the dictionary filed to choose an entry from this category is used. When we try to choose a value for this field, the system doesn't show any entries at all.
There were no issues with the dictionary category activation and the integration user has got all access rights to the given category.
Resolution
Please check on the SAP Signavio Process Manager if the entries in the mentioned category are published. The Process Governance integration can only access published dictionary items. This is an intended system behavior, which prevents showing unpublished information to all users.
