Symptom
After performing a SAP system Microsoft SQL Server database copy (DB refresh), using MS SQL Server-Specific Procedure 'backup/restore', to another SAP system running a Microsoft SQL Server database instance, the new SAP system does not start up. You execute R3trans -d to test the connectivity between the SAP appl. server and the DB instance, however, the R3trans -d process returns following error message:
