3542083 - Is it possible to import a list of countries in "Time Configuration for Country/Region-Based Data Retention"?

• Users must manually add each country individually in the DRTM Master data within SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
• Inquiry regarding the ability to import a list of countries instead of manual addition

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. Select Manage Data.
3. Choose DRTM Master Data.
4. Note that "Time Configuration for Country/Region-Based Data Retention" requires individual addition of each country to the list.

The system is designed to require individual addition of countries.
