The automatic process "Learning Approval Email Notification" sends reminders to approvers about their pending requests, triggering the IlxApprovalNotification.
The manager sends a reminder to his employees to complete overdue training from the Manager view page, triggering the IlxTrainingOverdue. Manager May also send to multiple users from the home page if the reminder bar is displayed that states example : " 10 team members have overdue training. Send Reminder"
