3542100 - DRFF filter on sales area is not being respected

In DRFF, object filters created for a specific sales area are not being considered and BPs are getting replicated incorrectly.

For example, only BPs extended to sales area 0001/01/01 should be replicated and so the following object filters were defined:

• Sales Organization: 0001
• Distribution Channel: 01
• Division: 01

However, BPs extended to different sales areas are being replicated.
