Kosovo is missing in the Business Configuration => Countries/Regions.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Overview work center view
3. Search for Countries/Regions
4. Click Edit Countries/Regions
5. Search for Kosovo in Long Description

Result: You cannot find it.

"Do you want to add countries/regions with preliminary ISO codes?" is not scoped.

Enable "Do you want to add countries/regions with preliminary ISO codes?" in the Business Configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Projects work center view
3. Click Edit Projects
4. Click Next until 4 Questions
5. Expand Built-in Services and Support => Business Environment => Units, Rates, and Cross-Application Data
6. Enable "Do you want to add countries/regions with preliminary ISO codes?"
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
