3542177 - Executive Review export fail when using XLSX format - Compensation

Symptom

Job fails when running executive review export for the XLSX format.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Executive Review
  2. Open a template
  3. Export with XLSX format
  4. Check job status -> failed

Cause

Other XLSX export jobs are running at the same time. Job fails when it runs simultaneously.

Resolution

Engineering team is currently working on a fix and it is targeted for 1H2025 release, this KBA will be updated accordingly. In the meantime, as a workaround, please run the job separately or use the other formats to export.
